  • Intellectsoft uses a third-party “Workable” for recruitment processing services. By submitting an online application for any vacancy placed on our Website you expressly submit your personal data, contact information, CV and any other information you choose, and agree that it will be collected and processed by both Intellectsoft and Workable. In such case Intellectsoft stays the data controller and Workable becomes the processor of your data.

3. WHAT DATA ABOUT YOU DO WE COLLECT?

4. DATA PRIVACY & TERMS WITH CLIENTS

  • Firslty, we collect and save data from our clients regarding to work on projects/tasks. And data is not shared with other one other than relevant team members who work on the project/task.
  • Both GKL & clients follows terms and conditions agreed mutually. GKL asks for 50% of total amount in advance which is not-refundable after having the call of order-confirmation.
  • GKL works on both panel which are typically web hosting and web development. Annual charges of web hosting are paid to main server/hosting services providers while GKL team would manage web development at their own end.
